Local Mission and Service
How we become disciples of Jesus Christ
With a congregation numbering around 800 members, you would expect First United Methodist Church to have a healthy participation in groups and fellowship. You would probably still be surprised by the amount of cooperation and involvement at this church! Everything from committees to teams to small groups—First Church is alive with people who are doing the work of Jesus Christ all week long. This is no "Sunday-only" church. Members here not only participate and volunteer, but they welcome others to do the same.
For more information on how you can be involved in the ministries of our church, please call the office at (269) 381-6340 or stop in and talk with one of our pastors.
Below are some of our local mission opportunities!
