THANK YOU SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS!  Sunday School is now on “summer break” until we resume our new program year schedule the weekend after Labor Day (September 9).

SUMMER GODLY PLAY.  Godly Play is worship enrichment for chilren age 4 through 2nd grade. Godly Play will continue through the summer with one group meeting in Room 200 following the “Time For the Child in All of Us” at the 10 a.m. worship service

SUMMER ACOLYTES.  With all the coming and going of summer, we ask our acolytes to sign up for the Sundays they can serve as acolyte on the board next to the Welcome Center.

JULY FAMILY FUN. Save the date! Our July family fun event will be to attend a Kalamazoo Growlers baseball game together, on Saturday, July 14 at 7:05 p.m.  Tickets are $9/person, which includes a Growler’s cap. Please sign-up and pay Pastor Dan by June 24!

THINK SUMMER CAMP!  Which means that United Methodist summer camps! Now is a great time to plan for a fun and faith-building experience at one of our many United Methodist camp locations. For generations, Christian camping has turbo-charged the faith formation of people of all age!  Pastor Dan invites you to explore the incredible variety of options at this website: umcamping.org.  And, our church provides “camperships” of 50% of the camp cost, making this an even sweeter deal for a life-changing experience! Contact me, Pastor Dan, with any questions (I've been involved in our UM camps for decades).

Deep Blue is the new awe-inspiring resource for children which includes adventure, exciting stories, science experiments, arts and crafts, animated video storytelling, and active games-all combined into a living–faith experience that will help children discover what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ today!
