Sunday, October 8, 9:30 - 10:30 am
"Do you want to be made well?" led by Rev. Julie Kline. What will we find if we allow ourselves to come near to the stirring waters and Spirit? To approach is to respond to the hand that is always held out to us, inviting us to profound journeys of life and love. When we stir the waters, we stir our souls, hoping that something new will arise in us, hoping for healing and restoration. As we worship on October 8, as the Spirit draws near to us, may we allow our souls to be stirred so that mercy flows and moves through us, reaching out to our world.
Beth-zatha means the "House of Mercy." As we baptize the children that morning, let us remember our own baptism and that God’s mercy flows through healing waters if we dare to draw near. Come and join us for a Spirit-filled soul feast!
