Virus alters, but does not stop Sunday worship.
Valuing our commitment to care for the health and well-being of all during the coronavirus pandemic, we will not be gathering in our church building for worship, activities, and meetings until we deem it safe again. We, however, will continue to be the church, the body of Christ, alive and active in our community and world. During this time when we can not "break bread" together, please join us for worship via livestream on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m., or view the service later on our YouTube channel.
Worship will be held via livestream on Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m.

We are called to experience God’s love, celebrate God’s love, and share God’s love.
We are a Reconciling Congregation, welcoming all
First United Methodist Church of Kalamazoo invites all persons to join us on our journey of faith. Jesus Christ calls us to be an inclusive church that exemplifies the kingdom of God. We strive to move toward reconciling relationships with all, affirming those who are marginalized for any reason, including sexual orientation or gender identity. We welcome all with open hearts, open minds, open doors.
During this time when we are under a "Stay Home. Stay Safe" directive from Governor Gretchen Whitmer, you can worship at home with us at 10:00 a.m. by clicking the image above. If you are able, please print a bulletin so that you may be able to participate more fully in the prayers and hymns. The link to the bulletin is found on the livestream page.
