Join us for yoga and prayer on Wednesday mornings at 8am via Zoom. This yoga is for every-body. It is most often a gentle session that stretches our bodies and reminds us to breathe. Through this practice we prepare ourselves mind, body and spirit for our coming Sunday morning worship with the reading of Scripture and prayers. This is a video led session from popular yoga websites. Pastor Julie Kline has been a yoga fan for decades, but is not a certified yoga instructor, thus we follow the wisdom of those who are certified.
